Safeguarding Shorts
In 2022/23 we produced a series of 8 professionally filmed Safeguarding Videos that are less than 20 minutes long each, yet still packed with key information and important messages. They can be used as an introduction to a longer training session, used within staff meetings as a safeguarding update or however you like! They work on the premise that Safeguarding Training once a year can be jam packed and a little information overload for staff or Governors - so these provide a reminder that can be used throughout the year. Topics include Domestic Abuse, Recognising, Reporting & Recording, Online Safety, Child on Child Abuse, Sexual Harassment & Sexual Violence, Preventing Radicalisation, Low Level Concerns and Child Exploitation & Grooming.
You also receive a Knowledge Checker so that you can check and evidence staff understanding, and some suggested Activities to allow you to use the videos in an extended session. All content is in line with KCSIE.
For 2023/24 we have produced a further 4 professionally filmed Safeguarding Videos; with key topics of Attendance, Filtering & Monitoring, So Called 'Honour' Based Abuse and Vulnerable Children.
