The data will be retained for 12 months after the work is complete and invoices are paid. If Rezina Kelly Consulting Ltd is providing work that allows access to any children's personal data this will only be accessed within the setting and only anonymised data will be retained, if necessary for the piece of work being completed. Rezina Kelly Consulting Ltd will not share information with anyone without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
